Senator Jeffries moved to amend the bill on page 14, section 3, line 18, by striking out the word “odd-numbered” and inserting lieu therof the word “even-numbered”;

On page 24, section 12, line 22, after the word “provide” by inserting the words “loans or”;

On page 25, section 12, line 24, after the word “provide” by inserting the words “loans or”;

On page 25, section 12, line 27, after the word “provide” by inserting the words “loans or”.

And,

On page 26, section 15, line 5, after the word “Virginia” by striking out the word “Disaster” and inserting in lieu therof the word “Flood”.
